Affirm Yourself Queen:
I’m learning that investing in my healing isn’t about the money I spend , it’s about the freedom I gain.
How do I know if this retreat is for me?
Sis, let me make this simple: if you’ve been holding your breath just to hold it all together this space is for you.
This isn’t only for “creatives” or "spiritual" women. It’s for the woman who is tired of being strong all the time. The one who wants to rest without guilt, exhale without apology, and stop carrying everybody else’s weight before she collapses under her own.
At The Black Woman’s Exhale, we’re not selling you healing. You are not broken, so there’s nothing to fix. What we are doing is creating a sanctuary where you can finally soften where joy, rest, ritual, nourishment, and sisterhood hold you while you release what you no longer need.
Here, you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to prove your worth. You don’t even have to share if you don’t want to. You get to come as you are, take up space, laugh, cry, dance, and create without judgment.
Affirm Yourself Queen:
I’m reminding myself that I don’t have to audition for belonging .. my breath is proof I deserve to be here.
How many other retreat participants will there be?
We’re keeping this experience intentionally intimate with a maximum of 12 women. Small enough to feel personal and safe, but spacious enough to create powerful connections and sisterhood.
This isn’t about numbers .. it’s about depth. Every woman will have room to breathe, to be seen, and to belong.
Where will I be flying into?
You’ll book your flight into [nearest international airport — e.g., Ngurah Rai International Airport (DPS)
Do I need a visa or special documents?
Yes — a Visa on Arrival (VOA) is required. The retreat host will provide you with a secure link to purchase your VOA online before you arrive, or you can simply purchase it at the airport when you land.
The cost is $35 USD, and the process is quick and straightforward. You’ll just need a valid passport with at least 6 months remaining before expiration.
Do I need prior experience with yoga, meditation, or sound healing?
Not at all. This retreat is for all levels — whether it’s your very first time stepping onto the mat, sitting in meditation, or receiving a sound bath, or if these practices are already part of your daily rhythm.
Everything we share is guided with gentleness, care, and options so you can move at your own pace. There’s no “right way” to participate — just your way. You’ll be supported, encouraged, and free to explore what feels good for your body and spirit.
Affirm Yourself Queen: I don’t need experience to belong here just a willingness to show up as I am.
What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Because each retreat requires significant preparation and upfront costs, all payments are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend, your payment will be credited toward our next retreat.
Please note: if the price of the next retreat increases, you’ll be responsible for covering the difference.
This policy ensures we can hold the integrity of the experience while still honoring your commitment and keeping your investment safe.
What if I have dietary needs or allergies?
We’ve got you covered. All of our meals are prepared with love and intention, and we’re happy to accommodate most dietary needs and allergies.
Whether you’re plant-based, gluten-free, dairy-free, or have specific sensitivities, our chef will create nourishing options so you feel cared for at every meal.
We’ll ask you to share your dietary preferences in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re supported throughout the retreat.
Do I need travel insurance?
Travel insurance is not required, but it is highly encouraged. Life happens, and having coverage gives you peace of mind in case of unexpected changes, delays, or emergencies.
While it’s your choice, we recommend securing a policy that covers flights, medical needs, and trip interruptions so you can travel with confidence and ease.
